Beeppay — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Beeppay account and the data associated with it.

Option 1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Beeppay app and log in.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Before deleting your account, withdraw any remaining balance. Funds left in the account cannot be recovered after deletion.

Option 2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@wu.tech with the subject "Beeppay account deletion request" and include:

• your full name;
• the phone number linked to your Beeppay account.

We may contact you to confirm that you own the account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Personal information: name, user IDs, phone number
• Financial information: payment details and saved withdrawal methods
• Photos uploaded to the app
• App activity: in-app actions and history
• App info and performance: crash logs
• Device or other IDs
• Language settings and active sessions

What data we keep
Transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. This data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the retention period expires.
